Consultant showcase terms

The MiModa app has a list of image consultants: the “showcase”. These terms apply to anyone who asks to appear in the showcase through the form for consultants. The showcase is run by MiModa: the controller’s details are in the privacy policy. By sending the form with the box ticked, you accept these terms.

1. Free and without obligation, on both sides

  • Appearing in the showcase is free and does not commit you to anything.
  • You can ask us to remove your card at any time by writing to info@mimoda.app.
  • MiModa may decline, hide or remove a card, or close the showcase, at any time, without notice and without having to give a reason.

2. It may become paid, but never automatically

  • If the showcase ever becomes paid, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.
  • Your card will stay only if you explicitly tell us you want to continue. If you don’t, we remove it, at no cost to you.

3. No guarantee of results

MiModa does not guarantee visibility, a position in the list or a number of contacts. The order of the cards is decided by MiModa and rotates.

4. MiModa is not a party to your relationship with your clients

Anyone interested contacts you directly through the link you provided. MiModa does not act as an intermediary: it does not know who contacts you and receives no information about the contacts or the agreements you make.

The relationship is only between you and whoever contacts you. MiModa takes no commission and is not responsible for the services you offer, nor for the people who contact you, how they behave, or any payments and disputes.

5. Your data and your photo

  • You warrant that the data you enter is true and that you hold the rights to the photo or logo you upload.
  • You allow MiModa to show the photo or logo and the other information on the card in the app, for the showcase only.
  • How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.

6. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish a new version on this page and let you know by email. We keep a record of the version you accepted.
